What you send us. The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, email address and details about your project, and optionally the service you need. When you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it does not run analytics or advertising tools.

• To answer your request and prepare an estimate.
• To schedule, carry out and follow up on work you hire us for, including any permits and inspections the job requires.
• To keep the business records that tax, licensing and permit rules require.
• To keep this website running and secure.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

• Service providers that run this website and our communications on our behalf: our website host, our form-delivery service and our email provider.
• Trades and suppliers working on your project, when it needs them: only what they need to do their part, such as the job address.
• The local building department or inspector, when a job needs a permit: we provide the job address and the details the permit requires.
• Anyone the law requires us to share it with, or when needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.

This site links to our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages and to Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

We keep estimate requests and messages for as long as we need them to answer you and serve you, and job records for as long as tax, licensing and permit rules require. When we no longer need information, we delete it.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing ykunitedbuilders@gmail.com or calling 508-561-1730. Some records may have to be kept when the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.

Do Not Track. We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, so this site does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the people who handle your request can see what you send us. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect yours.

This website is meant for adults arranging work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
