YK United Builders Inc. is a Massachusetts residential general contractor run by Yeison and Kevin Rodriguez. We build and remodel homes across Greater Boston — and we answer our own phone.
Our story
Most homeowners have the same story about the last contractor: the schedule slipped, the price moved, and nobody would give a straight answer about why. We built this company around removing those three problems.
Our crews handle framing, carpentry, tile, flooring and finish work directly, so the quality doesn't change hands halfway through the job. When a trade does come in — electrical, plumbing, HVAC — we coordinate them and stay accountable for the result.
That's why most of our work now comes from people who have already hired us once, or who were sent by someone who did.
